Very pleased for a 1st visit

clean reception designated car space attentive door staff
The hotel had a great frontage with a designated car space. The door staff were immediately attentive and well-groomed. The reception area was large, clean, and included umbrella stands. Room 589 included an ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, and bath robes. The bathroom was spacious with solid heated floor tiles and quality towels. We ate in the downstairs 108 Brasserie, and it had very good food. I am very grateful for a great first experience.
I must mention that the hotel did not deliver on a 4/5 star standard. I found the hotel price to be very high. We did witness servers arguing and it was awkward.

i adored that the hotel resided in the core of a lovely area. the facilities available were wonderful. i could also access third space. from the doormen to the cleaners, the staff were genuinely nice and friendly.
the hotel did not meet the standards expected of a luxury hotel and the cost was too high. my upgraded room felt narrow, and it was located beside the elevator shaft. i heard sounds all night.
